The Vision of Terra Perma

allemagnejaponarab countries

Terra Perma is a growing residential and eco-entrepreneur permaculture community in the heart of the Laurentians.Bordering the famous Riviere Rouge to the West and located in the Mont-Tremblant region, these 800 acres are a sanctuary with many exciting activities on-site and nearby. Throughout Terra Perma is the Forest Park, a vast 200 acre area managed jointly with the Terra Perma Foundation. Terra Perma’s mandate is to preserve the natural habitat and promote sustainable development.

“ Terra Perma forsees expanding its territory by 90 hectares over the next three years.”

Terra Perma also partners with individuals integrating Permaculture into their business endeavors by supplying advice and guidance to eco-entrepreneurs as well as access to markets and micro-financing for their projects.

“What permaculturists are doing is the most important activity that any group is doing on the planet.” -David Suzuki

Terra Perma works with its Foundation and Partners towards the goal of maintaining its environmental integrity and promoting traditional and innovative Permaculture, the science of designing human support systems based on the examples of energy interactions provided by Nature. The founders of Terra Perma believe that this guiding principle will create wonderful examples of synergy which will benefit not only Terra Perma residents and partners, but the surrounding communities as well, contribute to sustainable development in Quebec, and inspire all those who come to visit Terra Perma.
