Attending
Registration
The best way to register is through the website, after you’ve selected the course you want to attend. However if the payment option do not suit you, you can register by e-mail:
Thank you for mentioning your first name, last name, as well as the title of the course you want to participate to. We’ll e-mail you back the payment details. Please notice that this process can take a bit of time.
Lodging
All the courses of more than one day include a spot for a tent on Terra Perma’s land for the nights between the course’s days, as well as the night before and after. Please bring your own camping including tent, matress, sleeping bag, clothes for all weather, headlamp, mosquito spray.
You can also chose the “ready to camp option”, in which case tent and matress will be provided.
You can even chose to stay in one of the units of the ecotourism centre.
Both of these options will be proposed to you when you register, upon availability (spots are limited for those two options)
We do not have conventional showers or toilets yet at Terra Perma, however we have composting toilets a bit everywhere on site.
We have a private lake you can access, bring a swimsuit and a towel if you want to enjoy it, but it is forbiden to wash yourself with soap in it, as well as swimming with sunscreen or toxic mosquito repellent lotions. We want to keep our lake as pristine, pure and preserved as possible. Thank you for helping us achieving this.
Meals
For us, meals are a great way to connect, exchange with strangers and share way more than knowledge.
Some of our courses include the meals in the price. The meals included will be in the description of the course. You do not need anything for those meals, but if you arrive before, (for example the friday evening for the saturday morning), then please follow the instructions for non included meals. We’ll do our best to provide you quality meals, mostly vegetarian, made with organic and local food. If you have allergies, please communicate with us, we’ll do the maximum to accommodate you.
In the case when the meals are not provided, you are entirely responsible for your food. Please notice that we do not have a fridge you can access, and to keep that in mind when chosing your food. You’ll have access to the collective kitchen with cold only running water and propane stove tops. We ask you to bring your own cutlery, pans and pots, plate, and to put them aside as soon as you’re done, to maintain kitchen cleanness.
