In this 2 hour introductory workshop guests will learn how to cultivate and inoculate their own logs with mycelium and get familiar with the tools and techniques to confidently cultivate your own edible and medicinal mushrooms. Our guides will demonstrate the hay bale, log and pancake methods of inoculation and offer a taste of wild and cultivated fungi in different forms. All guests will leave with a small mushroom log of their own to add to their garden.
