We will make a recipe together and everybody leaves with their own 1 gallon jug of must, airlock, appropriate yeast or scoby and recipe for their own fermented beverage to try at home.

This 3 hour outdoor cooking class with a professional chef will cover everything from proper knife handling techniques to filleting a fish and cooking it. The first hour of the tour will be spent foraging in the forest with your guide and finishing the day in the kitchen processing the days harvest in traditional ways. Outdoor Mushroom Cultivation
In this 2 hour introductory workshop guests will learn how to cultivate and inoculate their own logs with mycelium and get familiar with the tools and techniques to confidently cultivate your own edible and medicinal mushrooms. Our guides will demonstrate the hay bale, log and pancake methods of inoculation and offer a taste of wild and cultivated fungi in different forms. All guests will leave with a small mushroom log of their own to add to their garden.
